A RESOLUTION APPROVING APPRAISALS OF CERTAIN PARCELS
OF LAND NEEDED FOR RAILROAD RIGHT-OF WAY PURPOSES TO
SERVE THE PORT OF LITTLE ROCK ON THE ARKANSAS RIVER;
PROVIDING FOR THE PURCHASE OF SAID PARCELS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City Manager and Director of Finance, in
keeping with the recommendations of the Port Authority of the City
of Little Rock, are hereby authorized and directed to acquire cer-
tain parcels of land within the proposed railroad right-of-way to
serve the Port of Little Rock on the Arkansas River which parcels
are hereinafter set forth and identified by number. Each parcel
shall be acquired for the price set opposite. The full legal des-
cription and the approval appraisal shall now and =iereafter remain
on file in the Office of the Real Estate Department of the City of
Little Rock.
SECTION 2. The parcels which the City Manager is hereby
authorized to acquire and the approval appraisal and purchase price
are as follows:

SECTION 3. The City Manager and Director of Finance are
hereby authorized to pay by warrant of the City of Little Rock the
above purchase prices for the respective parcels of land to the
person or persons entitled thereto according to the opinion of the
City Attorney so as to vest full legal title in said parcels to the
City of Little Rock.
SECTION 4. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
