A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION DEEDS
FROM ALFRED H. BIEHSLICH AND ZETTA BIEHSLICH,
HIS WIFE, AND LESTER T. MOAK AND RUTH S . MOAK,
HIS WIFE, TO PROPERTY TO BE USED FOR STREET
RIGHT-OF-WAY PURPOSES; . AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock hereby accepts
a Dedication Deed from Lester T. Moak and Ruth S. Moak, his
wife, to the following described real property to be used as
right-of-way for West Markham Street:
A part of Lot B-2, Wingate Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being
more particularly described as follows :
A part of Lot B-2, Wingate Addition, beginning
at the SE Corner of said Lot B-2 ; thence Northerly
along the East line of said Lot B-2 a distance of
20. 51 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve hav-
ing a radius of 25.00 feet; thence Southwesterly
salong said curve to the right a distance of 16.53
feet to a point on the South line of said Lot B-2;
thence Southeasterly along said South line of said
Lot B-2 a distance of 7 . 64 feet to the point of
beginning; containing 42.15 square feet, more or
less.
SECTION 2. The City of Little Rock hereby accepts
a Dedication Deed to the following described property from
Alfred H. Biehslich and Zetta Biehslich, his wife, to be used
as right-of-way for 65th Street:
A parcel of land situated in Section 25, Township
1 North, Range 13 West, City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows : A part of the Southeast Quarter (SE4)of
the Northeast Quarter (NE4) Section 25, Township 1
North, Range 13 West, commencing at the Southwest
corner of said Southeast Quarter (SE4) of the North-
east Quarter (NE4), thence North 89! 44! 20" East
300. 2 feet to the point of beginning on the East
Right-of-way line of U. S. Highway 67-70 ; thence
North 8° 29? 20" East along said Right-of-way line
12.00 feet; thence South 52° 15? 20" East 18.96
feet; thence South 89° 44? 20" West 17 .00 feet to
the point of beginning; containing 102 square feet,
more or less.

SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
