A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AN ACCEPTANCE OF THE
AGREEMENT FOR PUBLIC WORKS PLAN PREPARATION
BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN
DEVELOPMENT FOR PROJECT P-ARK-3164; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of the
City of Little Rock an acceptance of an agreement for public
works plan preparation with the U.S. Department of Housing
and Urban Development of the United States of America for
Project P-ARK-3164, wherein the United States of America,
acting through the Secretary of Housing and Urban Develop-
ment, agrees to an advance to the City in an amount not to
exceed Eighty Nine Thousand One Hundred and NO/100 Dollars
($89, 100.00) to aid in financing the cost of plan preparation
to consist of final planning for a municipal passenger and
cargo airport terminal complex, which agreement is dated
March 29, 1968.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force
aid effect from and after its adoption.
