A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AND RATIFYING THE
ACTION OF THE LITTLE ROCK AIRPORT COMMISS-
ION IN FILING THE APPLICATION ON OCTOBER 23,
1967 WITH THE U.S . DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND
URBAN DEVELOPMENT FOR A PLANNING GRANT FOR A
MUNICIPAL PASSENGER AND CARGO AIRPORT TERMINAL
COMPLEX, WHICH APPI,,ICATION WAS IDENTIFIED BY
PROJECT NO. P-ARK-3164; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The action of the Little Rock Municipal
Airport Commission on October 23, 1967, in making and filing
an application with the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development for a planning grant in the amount of Eighty Nine
Thousand One Hundred and NO/100 Dollars ($89, 100.00) for a
municipal passenger and cargo airportterminal complex, is here-
by ratified and confirmed as having been done for and on behalf
of the City of Little Rock and same is hereby confirmed as the
action and application of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
