RESOLUTION NO. 3,964
A RESOLUTION FIXING A DATE FOR HEARING ON A PETITION
TO VACATE , ABANDON AND CLOSE ALLEY ADJACENT TO LOTS
13 THROUGH 15 , AND LOTS 5 AND 6, BLOCK 4, MASONIC
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS , AND
INTERSTATE HIGHWAY NO. 30 IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS
WHEREAS , Anna Eickhoff, Grace Eickhoff , Charles Eickhoff ,
George Edward Eickhoff, Catherine Eickhoff , Thelma Rushing C . B.
Fendley and Norma Fendley, his wife , and W. A. Saunders have filed
with the Little Rock Board of Directors their petition praying that
the alley adjacent to Lots 13 through 15 , and Lots 5 and 6, Block 4,
Masonic Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , and Interstate
Highway No. 30 in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , as more particu-
larly described in said Petition and the plat attached thereto , be
vacated, abandoned and closed, and have alleged that they are the
sole owners of the lands abutting upon same ;
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
Section 1. That the 6th day of May , 1968 ,
at 7 :30 o 'clock P . m. , in the chambers of the Board of
Directors is the date and time fixed for the hearing on said Petition.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk of Little Rock, Arkansas ,
give notice of such hearing by publication, once a week for two (2)
consecutive weeks , in some newspaper published in the County and
having a general circulation in the City, stating in said Notice
the name of Petitioners, a description of the street to be vacated,
and advising all persons that on the date named above , the Board
of Directors will hear the Petition and determine whether said
street should be vacated.
