A RESOLUTION APPOINTING DR. GARMAN P. FREEMAN
AS A MEMBER OF THE LITTLE ROCK AUDITORIUM
COMMISSION , FILLING THE VACANCY CREATED BY THE
DEATH OF MR. R.J. MACKIN; AND FOR OTHER PUR-
POSES .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. Dr. Garman P. Freeman is hereby appointed
as a member of the Little Rock Auditorium Commission, filling
the vacancy created by the death of Mr. R.J. Mackin, which
term expires December 31, 1972.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
