A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF CLAIMS
FOR DAMAGES TO REAL PROPERTY OCCASIONED BY
EMPLOYEES OF THE SANITATION DEPARTMENT; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Sanitation Department employees, in removing
garbage containers from the Riveria Apartments at 3700 Cantrell
Road and in the operation of a truck at a residence owned by
George E. and Ada Mae Sulser at 519 and 523 Johnson Street,
have caused damages to the improvements situated upon said pro-
perties in the amount of One Hundred Thirty Four and NO/100
Dollars ($134.00) as to the Riveria Apartments and Two Hundred
and NO/100 Dollars ($200.00) as to the Sulser residence, both
of which claims the Board of Directors desire to pay.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE. ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The claims of The Riveria Apartments in
the amount of One Hundred Thirty Four and NO/100 Dollars ($134.00)
and George E. and Ada Mae Sulser in the amount of Two Hundred
and NO/100 Dollars ($200.00) for damages occasioned to their
properties respectively, located at 3700 Cantrell Road and 519
and 523 Johnson Street in the City of Little Rock, are hereby
approved and the City Manager and Director of Finance are hereby
authorized and directed to issue the necessary warrant or warrants
in payment of said claims, upon the execution by the parties of
a release running in the favor of the City of Little Rock, its
agents, servants and employees, fully releasing the said City,
its agents, servants and employees from any and all claims,
damages or causes of action arising from the incidents which
occasioned said damages, the release shall be in form and sub-
stance approved by the City Attorney.

SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
