RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS , SETTING THE DATE ON
HEARING OF A PETITION TO VACATE AND ABANDON A
CERTAIN ALLEY WHICH RUNS EAST TO WEST ACROSS
BLOCK 343, BARTON 'S SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, FROM VICTORY STREET TO
WOODLANE STREET IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS .
WHEREAS , a Petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 16tiIay of February
1968, asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon all of a
certain alley which runs East to West across Block 343, Barton' s Sub-
division to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from Victory Street
to Woodlane Street in the City of Little Rock, as shown on the plat
of Barton' s Subdivision to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, now
appearing of record in Deed Book 12 at Page 768 in the Office of the
Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas; subject, however, to any public
utility easements located in said street;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said Petition shall be held at the
meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7 :3 -: dclock
P .M. , on the 15th day of April , 1968.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once
a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in
Pulaski County, Arkansas, having general circulation in the City of
Little Rock.
