A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MRS. E. VERNON MARKHAM, JR.
AS A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE MUSEUM
OF SCIENCE AND NATURAL HISTORY FILLING THE VACANCY
CREATED BY THE RESIGNATION OF MRS. H. TYNDALL
DICKINSON; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Mrs. E. Vernon Markham, Jr. is hereby appointed
as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Museum of Science and
Natural History to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of
Mrs. H. Tyndall Dickinson, which term expires the 15th day of
November , 1968 .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
