A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLANS
OF THE PARKS DEPARTMENT FOR THE REDEVELOPMENT
OF THE ZOO ENTRANCE AND THE EXPANSION AND RE-
LOCATION OF THE MINIATURE GOLF COURSE, ALL
SITUATED IN WAR MEMORIAL PARK; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The preliminary plans prepared by and now
on file in the Parks Department of the City of Little Rock for
a new entranceway to the Zoo and the expansion and relocation of
the miniature golf course, all situated in War Memorial Park, are
hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to proceed with the prosecution of said project as expe-
ditiously as feasible.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
