A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEDICATION DEED FROM
BOYD G. MONTGOMERY AND BETTE B. MONTGOMERY,
HIS WIFE, TO CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY SITUATED IN
PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS, TO BE USED AS STREET
RIGHT-OF-WAY ON WEST MARKHAM STREET; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock hereby accepts that
certain Dedication Deed dated February 16, 1968, executed by
Boyd G. Montgomery and Bette B. Montgomery, his wife, to the fol-
lowing described property situated in Pulaski County, Arkansas,
to be used for the purpose of a public street and the installa-
tion and maintenance of public utilities:
Beginning at a point 210 feet West of the Southeast
corner of said NE4, NW4, Section 2, Township 1 North,
Range 13 West; thence North 89°53 '05 " West a distance
of 209.80 feet; thence North 00°50 '35" East a dis-
tance of 14.37 feet; thence South 89°11'55" East a
distance of 209. 75 feet; thence South 00°24'25" West
a distance of 12 .03 feet to the point of beginning;
containing 2, 769.33 square feet, more or less.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
