A RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACTS FOR THE
PURCHASE OF CERTAIN GOODS, WARES AND
MERCHANDISE FOR USE BY VARIOUS DEPART-
MENTS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, invitation to bid for the purchase by the
City of certain goods, wares and merchandise has been duly
advertised and bids received thereon; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible and responsive bids
for the various items of goods, wares and merchandise have been
determined; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Directors to
award purchase contracts for the said items of merchandise to the
lowest responsible and responsive bidders therefor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Purchase contracts are hereby awarded to the
following persons, firms and corporations for the items of merchandise
listed opposite at the prices also listed:

SECTION 2. Upon receipt of the hereinabove identified
items of merchandise complying fully in all respects with specif-
ications and bid proposal on file in the office of the Purchasing
Agent the City Manager and Director of Finance are hereby authorized
and directed to issue the necessary warrant or warrants in payment
of said purchase prices.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
