A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS SETTING
A DATE FOR HEARING ON THE MATTER OF CLOSING ,
VACATING AND ABANDONING A PORTION OF ABELES
STREET LYING BETWEEN BLOCKS 1 AND 2, WEIL'S
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock, under the authority vested in it by Arkansas Statute, proposes
to close, vacate and abandon that portion of Abeles Street lying
between Blocks 1 and 2, Weil's Addition to the City of Little Rock,
north of the north lines of Lot 6, Block 1 and Lot 13, Block 2 of
said addition as shown on the Plat thereof, now appearing of record
in Pulaski County Record Book at Page
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SEC,rION 1. The hearing on the motion by the City set
forth above shall be heard at the meeting of the Board of Directors
at City Hall at 7:30 o'clock p.m. on the 18th day of March
1968.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication,
once a week for two consecutive weeks, in a newspaper published in
Pulaski County, Arkansas, for general circulation in the City of
Little Rock.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
