RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION TO VACATE
POTTERSTREET BETWEEN 23rd and 24th STREET AND GILlaN STREET
BETWEEN 23rd ans 24th STREET OF PINE HILL SUBDIVISION TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE RUCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the beard of Directors of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 25 day ofJanuary, 1968, asking the Board
of directors to vacate and abondon all of POTTER and GILMAN between 23rd and
24th streets of PINE HILL SUBDIVISION to the City of Little Rock, as designated
on the plat of said Addition now appearing of record in Deed Book 292 Page 319,
in the office of the R.:corder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however, to
any public utility easements located in said streets.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY •
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the meeting of
the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30 o'clock P. M. on the 18th day
of March 1968.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such
hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two (2)
consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having
general circalation in the City of Little Rock.
