A RESOLUTION EMPLOYING ARCHITECT-ENGINEERS
FOR THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICA-
TIONS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN AUDITORIUM-
GARAGE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

_ SECTION 1. Ginocchio, Cromwell, Carter and Neyland,
Architect-Engineers are hereby employed for the purpose of pre-
paring plans and specifications for the auditorium-garage project
and supervision of said construction, all designed to accomodate
additional facilities in a proposed civic center complex under
consideration by the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
