A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EMPLOYMENT OF
APPRAISERS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to employ real estate appraisers for the purpose of
appraising needed right-of-way for the widening, paving and
improving of 65th Street and Mississippi Street in this City.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
affect from and after its adoption.
ADOPTED: January 2, 1968
