A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF AND
AUTHORIZING THE SALE TO T.H. EPPERSON
OF THE IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED UPON CERTAIN
PARCELS OF PROPERTY HERETOFORE PURCHASED
FOR USE BY THE PORT AUTHORITY IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, invitation to bid was duly advertised and
bids received pursuant thereto for the sale by the City of
improvements situated upon seven (7) parcels of land purchased
by the City of Little Rock for use by the Port Authority; and
WHEREAS, the highest and best bid was that of T.H.
Epperson in the amount of Four Thousand Two Hundred Fifteen and
No/100 Dollars ($4,215.00) ; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Directors to
sell the improvements now existing upon said parcels of land.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The bid of T.H. Epperson in the amount of
Four Thousand Two Hundred Fifteen and No/100 Dollars ($4, 215.00)
for the purchase from the City of Little Rock of the improvements
situated upon certain parcels of real property now owned by the
City of Little Rock and more particularly identified by street
address in Section 2 hereof is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2. Upon receipt by the City of Little Rock
of the purchase price set forth in Section 1 hereof T.H. Epperson,
his agents, servants and employees are hereby authorized and
directed to remove all improvements including debris of whatever
nature situated upon the following parcels of real property owned
by the City of Little Rock and described by street address as
follows, to-wit :

3724 East 30th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas
3800 East 30th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas
3810 East 30th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas
3814 East 30th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas
3818 East 30th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas
3820 East 30th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas
3824 East 30th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas
It is further provided that said T.H. Epperson shall
prosecute the demolition and removal of improvements and all
other materials and debris situated on said land in keeping
with the conditions set forth in the invitation to bid and
further be bound by all other said conditions in the invitation
to bid.
SECTION 3. The purchase price herein provided for
in the amount of Four Thousand Two Hundred Fifteen and No/100
Dollars ($4,215.00) shall be deposited to the credit of the
City' s accounts maintained for the Port Authority of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 4. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
