RESOLUTION NO. 3,771
A RESOLUTION Acknowledging the Filing
of a Petition to Close, Vacate and
Abandon Certain Alleys; Setting a
Time and Place for a Public Hearing
Thereon; and for Other Purposes .
WHEREAS, a Petition was duly filed with the Board
of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the
27th day of April, 1967, asking the Board of Directors to
close, vacate and abandon certain alleys designated on the
plat of Dickinson Mill Addition to the City of Little Rock,
now appearing of record in Plat Book No. 1 at Page 238, in
the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, such alleys
to be closed being more specifically described below; and
WHEREAS, it is provided by Section 3, Act 17 of 1945,
appearing as Ark. Stat. 19-3826 (1956 Repl. ) , that there
shall be a public hearing of such Petition and that Notice of
the public hearing shall be published once a week for two
consecutive weeks in some newspaper of general circulation;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas :
Section 1. At the regular meeting of the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock on the 5th day of

-June . 1967 , there shall be a public hearing
4of(jthe Petition to close, vacate and abandon the following
described alleys in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas :
ALLEY "A"
A part of the NE*, NW*, Section 17, T-1-N,
R-12-W, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the SE Corner of said NE*, NW*,
run thence N 8°00' W along the east line of
said NE*, NW*, 547 .2 ' ; thence S 82000' W,
50.0' to the point of beginning; thence S 820
00' W. 750.0' ; thence S 8019' E, 16 .0' to
the NW Corner of Block 8, Dickinson Mill Addition
to the City of Little Rock; thence N 82000' E
along the north line of said Block 8, 750.0'
to the NE Corner of said Block 8; thence N 80
00' W, 16 .0 ' to the point of beginning.

A part of the NE*, NWT, Section 17 , T-1-N,
R-12-W, more particularly described as follows :
Commencing at the SE Corner of said NE4i NW*,
run thence N 8000' W along the east line of said
NE*, NW*, 361.2 ' ; thence S 82000' W, 50.0' to the
point of beginning; thence S 820oo' W, 750.0 ' to
the east right-of-way line of South Pine Street;
thence N 8°19' W along the east right-of-way of
South Pine Street 20.0' to the SW Corner of Block
8, Dickinson Mill Addition to the City of Little
Rock; thence N 82000' E along the south line of
said Block 8, 750.0' to the SW Corner of said
Block 8; thence S 8000' E, 20.0' to the point of
beginning.
Section 2 . The City Clerk shall cause Notice of the
above public hearing to be published once a week for two
consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation.
Section 3 . This Resolution shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage .
