RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT ON BIDS
FOR THE PURCHASE OF A CRAWLER TRACTOR
WITH 4 IN 1 BUCKET AND RIPPER TO BE USED
BY THE PARKS DEPARTMENT; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
invitation to bid was duly advertised and
bids received pursuant thereto according to law for the purchase
of a Crawler Tractor with 4 in 1 Bucket and Ripper for use by
the arks Department of the City of Little Rock; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible and responsive bid
has been determined and• i•t is the desire of the Board of Directors
to authorize the purchase of said equipment from the lowest
responsible and responsive bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The bids of the respective bidders in the
sums below for the items of equipment are hereby accepted and
purchase contracts awarded as follows:
PURCHASE PRICE INCLUDING
SUCCESSFUL TAX WITH ALLOWANCE OF
ITEM BIDDER CREDIT FOR TRADE-IN
One (1) Crawler Tractor
with 4 in 1 Bucket and
Ripper Clark Equipment Co. $20, 161.61
SECTION 2. Upon delivery of the foregoing equipment
complying in all respects with the bidding specifications and bid
proposal the City Manager and Director of Finance are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the necessary warrant or warrants
in payment of the purchase price.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adootion.
