A RESOLUTION APzOINTING SAM STRAUSS, SR. AND
ED G. LOVETT AS MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER;
AND FOR OTHER r'UR2OSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION I. Sam Strauss, Sr. and Ed G. Lovett are
hereby appointed to the Board of Trustees of the Arkansas Arts
Center for terms of four (4) years, each commencing March 1-.),
1967.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
