A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT ON BIDS FOR
THE 1?JRCHASE AND APPLICATION OF CERTAIN
REFLECTIVE BACKGROUND COATING ON TRAFFIC
SIGNS TO BE USED BY THE TRAFFIC DEPARTMENT;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, invitation to bid was duly advertised and bids
received pursuant thereto according to law for certain reflective
background coating material aplied to signs furnished by the
City by the Traffic Department of the City of Little Rock; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible and responsive bids have
been determined and it is the desire of the Board of Directors
to award a contract for the purchase of said materials to the
lowest responsible and responsive bidders.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The bids of the respective bidders in the
sums below for the several items of goods and services are
hereby accepted and purchase contracts awarded as follows:

SECTION 2. Upon delivery of the foregoing goods the
City Manager and Director of Finance are authorized and directed
to execute the necessary warrant or warrants in payment of the
purchase prices as indicated provided such goods comply in
all ,?articulars with the bidding specifications and bid proposal.

SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
