A RESOLUTION OF COMMENDATION TO CECIL W. KUEHNERT
FOR SERVICE AS A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS ; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS , Cecil W. Kuehnert has served this City as a
member and Chairman of the Board of Adjustment since May 15, 1963,
giving unselfishly of his time, energy and talents; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors desires to give public
recognition and express gratitude for such devoted service.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. Cecil W. Kuehnert is hereby commended for
exemplary service to the public as a member of the Board of
Adjustment since May 15, 1963. His leadership has contributed
in large measure to the invaluable service which this very
important agency of the City Government renders to the citizenry.
It is our sincere hope that Cecil W. Kuehnert in reflection upon
this public service will take pride in a job well done .
SECTION 2. The City Manager is hereby directed to
prepare and deliver to Cecil W. Kuehnert an appropriate certificate
of appreciation in fulfillment of the gratitude expressed by the
Board of Directors through this resolution.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
