A RESOLUTION GRANTING THE SOUTHWESTERN BELL
TELEPHONE COMPANY AN EASEMENT ON CERTAIN
MUNICIPALLY OWNED PROPERTY; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The Southwestern Bell Telephone Company
is hereby granted an easement for right-of-way purposes across
certain property owned by the City of Little Rock and situated
in the NE4 NE , Section 26, T-1-N, R-13-W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, which Deed is in words and substance as follows :

SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Little
Rock the right-of-way deed set forth in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
