A RESOLUTION RENEWING FOR THE YEAR 1967
AMBULANCE SERVICE OPERATORS FRANCHISE
OF A-1 AMBULANCE SERVICE, INC. , WITHIN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AUTHORIZING THE
ISSUANCE OF 'THE NECESSARY PERMIT; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS , A-1 Ambulance Service, Inc. , has applied
for a renewal of its ambulance service operators franchise
for 1967 within the City of Little Rock; and
WHEREAS, the said A-1 Ambulance Service, Inc. , has
complied with all provisions of the Code of Ordinances per-
taining to renewal of said franchise; and
WHEREAS , it is the desire of the Board of Directors
to renew the franchise for A-1 Ambulance Service, Inc. , for
the year 1967.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The franchise heretofore awarded to A-1
i.mbulance Service, Inc. , as an ambulance service operator
in the City of Little Rock is hereby renewed for the year
1967.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
