A RESOLUTION APPOINTING JAMES F. HEWITT AS
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS REPRESENTATIVE ON THE
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE POLICEMAN PENSION
AND RELIEF FUND FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1967; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Mr. James F. Hewitt, a member of the Board
of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby
appointed as the representative of the Board of Directors of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, to the Board of Trustees of the
Policeman Pension and Relief Fund for the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, to serve as the chairman of said Board of Directors
effective January 1, 1967.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
