A RESOLUTION CREATING THE POSITION OF PARKS
DEVELOPMENT SUPERINTENDENT WITHIN THE PARKS
AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; MAKING SAID POSITION SUBJECT
TO THE LAWS AND REGULATIONS PERTAINING TO
CIVIL SERVICE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE RUCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. There is hereby created to become effective
January 1, 1967, the position of Parks Development Superintendent
within the Parks and Recreation Department of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. Hence forth the position of Parks Development
Superintendent provided for in Section 1 hereof shall be subject
to the laws, rules and regulations pertaining to Civil Service of
the City of Little Rock and shall be under the jurisdiction of the
Civil Service Commission of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
