A RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACTS ON BIDS FOR
THE PURCHASE OF MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT FOR
THE YEAR 1967 FOR USE BY THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, invitation for bids for the equipment and
materials identified by this resolution have been legally pub-
lished; and,
WHEREAS, bids have been received and opened pursuant
to said invitation, and,
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors desires to award con-
tracts on said bids to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Contracts for the purchase of materials and
equipment for the year 1967 in such amounts and quantities as the
City may from time to time requisition are hereby awarded to the
