A. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY IAAN2 GER
TO ADVERTISE AND TAKE BIDS FOR THE
RECONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN PORTIONS OF
GEYER SPRINGS ROAD AT THE INTERSECTION OF
THE MISSOURI-PACIFIC RAILROAD; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Missouri- acific Railroad Company
has agreed to correct a hazardous condition existing at the
crossing of its railroad tracks on Geyer Springs Road by
raising the grade of said tracks which will necessitate. the
reconstruction of Geyer Springs Road at said crossing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
:DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized
and directed to advertise and take bids for the reconstruction
of Geyer Springs Road at the intersection of the Missouri-
Pacific Railroad crossing in keeping with and as provided for
by plans and specifications on file in the Department of Public
Works.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
