RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS SETTING THE
DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION TO VACATE A
PORTION OF A ROADWAY ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY
LINE OF THE NE4 OF SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 2
NORTH, RANGE 13 WEST.
WHEREAS, a Petition was duly filed with the Board
of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the
18th day of October , 1966, praying that the
Board of Directors vacate and abandon that portion of a
roadway particularly and minutely described in the said
Petition and the plat attached thereto, which portion is
a portion of the road right-of-way dedicated by Deed re-
corded in Book 324 at Page 112 in the office of the
Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The said Petition will be heard at the
meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30
o 'clock P.M. on the 5th day of December , 1966.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two consecutive weeks in a news-
paper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having
general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
ADOPTED this 7th day of November , 1966.
