A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR
PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION TO
VACATE AND CLOSE THE ALLEY RUNN-
ING EAST AND WEST THROUGH BLOCK
22 , BELLEVUE ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS ; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, a Petition has been duly filed with the Board
of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas on the 22nd
August,
day of,/ 1966, seeking and asking the Board of Directors
to vacate and abandon the alley which runs East and West through
Block 22, Bellevue Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas
as designated on the Plat of that said addition now appearing of
record in Plat Record Book No. 1, Sheet No. 251 in the Office
of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. The hearing on said Petition shall be held
at the xiext regular meeting of the Board of Directors in the
City Hall at 7 :30 p.m. on the 3rd day of October , 1966.
SECTION II. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a
newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, having a general
circulation in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION III. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
