A RESOLUTION ,ACCEPTING THE CLAIM OF HORIZON
CORPORATION FOR DAMAGES TO ITS PROPERTY
OCCASIONED BY A COLLISION OF A CITY VEHICLE;
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ,ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The claim of Horizon Corporation for
property damages sustained by it in a collision between a City
owned vehicle and its property, which damages are in the sum of
$217.94 and which collision occurred on July 15, 1966 in the
300 Block on West Arch Street in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2. Upon receipt of a release from the said
Horizon Corporation running in favor of the City of Little Rock,
its agents, servants and employees releasing all such parties from
any and all further liability to Horizon Corporation, the City
Manager and Director of Finance are authorized and directed to
issue the necessary warrant in payment of the said claim as herein
authorized.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
