A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES OF
AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF LABOR, AND THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK RELATING TO PARTICIPATION IN THE
NEIGHBORHOOD YOUTH CORPS PROGRAM; AND FOx OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OP DIRECTORS Or THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City manager is authorized and directed
to execute for and in behalf of the City of Little Rock the
necessary contract or contracts, affidavits, documents, or
other writings necessary and required for the oarticipation
by the City of Little Rock in the Neighborhood Youth Corps
Program under the Economic Opportunity Act 1964 ( 78 Stat
508) , and more specifically relating to the employment by
the City of Little Rock of 100 Neighborhood Youth Corps
Enrollees for a six month period commencing in June 1966.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its aaoption.
