A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PAYMENT OF THE CLAIM
OF FELTON REPPOND AND JOAN REPPOND, HIS WIFE,
FOR DAMAGES OCCASIONED BY A COLLISION WITH A
CITY OWNED VEHICLE; AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF
$655.43, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NJ a, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The claim of Felton Reppond and Joan
Reppond, his wife, for )rooerty damage to his vehicle and
for personal injuries in the sum of $655. 43, which damage ana
injury arose from a collision involving their vehicle and a
vehicle owned and operated by the City of Little Rock, is
hereby accepted.
SECTION 2. Upon receipt by the City of Little Rock
of a release in form and substance as approves. by City
Attorney releasing the City of Little Rock, its agents,
servants, aria employees from any and all liability to the
said Felton Reopond and Joan Reppond, his wife, the City
Manager and Director of Finance are authorizes and directed
to pay to Felton Reppond and Joan Reppond, his wife, the sum
of $655.43 and to issue the necessary warrant or warrants
in payment thereof.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
