A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF RICHARDS CYCLE CENTER
FOR TWO MOTORCYCLES FOR USE BY THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AUTHORIZING PAYMENT; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, invitation to bid was duly advertised and
bids received pursuant thereto according to law, for
two motorcycles for use by the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible and responsive bid
was the bid of Richards Cycle Center in the sum $ 3,277 .91
for said motorcycles; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Directors
to accept the bid of Richards Cycle Center to authorize
payment upon receipt of the equipment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The bid of Richards Cycle Center in the
sum of $ 3,277 .91 for two motorcycles for use by the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas is hereby accepted. Upon
receipt of the motorcycles complying in all respects with
the bidding specifications and bid proposal, the City
Manager and Director of Finance are authorized and directed
to issue the necessary warrant or warrants in payment of
the purchase price.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
