RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS , SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION
TO VACATE THAT PORTION OF WEST 34th STREET LYING BETWEEN
LOT SIX, BLOCK FOUR, AND LOT ONE, BLOCK SEVEN, CALLAWAY' S
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
WHEREAS , a Petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the
21st day of March , 1966, asking the Board
of Directors to vacate and abandon the street lying between
Lot 6, Block 4, and Lot 1, Block 7 , CALLAWAY' S ADDITION
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the
plat of said Addition now appearing of record in Deed Book 1,
at Page 95, in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkansas, subject, however, to any public utility easements
located in said street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said Petition shall be held
at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall
at 7:30 o' clock P.M. , on the 16th day of May
1966.
SECTION 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by
publication once a week for two (2) weeks in a newspaper
published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having a general
circulation in the City of Little Rock.
