A RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING THE CLAIM OF
WILLIAM B. CARSON FOR DAMAGE W PERSONAL
PROPERTY RESULTING FROM A COLLISION WITH
A CITY OWNED VEHICLE IN THE SUM OF FOUR
HUNDRED TWO AND 47/100 DOLLARS ($402.47);
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY CF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The claim of William B. Carson for
damages to his personal property as the result of a col-
lision with a City owned vehicle which damage is in the sum
of Four Hundred and Two Dollars and 47/100 ($402.47) is
hereby acknowledged.
SECTION 2. The City Manager and Director of Finance ',
upon receipt of a release prepared by the City Attorney
releasing the City of Little Rock, its servants, agents
and employees from any further liability for such damages,
are hereby authorized and directed to pay to William B.
Carson the sum of Four Hundred Two and 47/100 Dollars ($402.47. )
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
