A RESOLUTION APPOINTING WILLIAM BOWEN
TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE ARKANSAS
ARTS CENTER; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. William Bowen is hereby appointed to
the Board of Trustees of the Arkansas Arts Center for a
term of four (4) years commencing on May 1, 1965 and end-
ing on April 30, 1969 .
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full
force and effect from and after its adoption.
ADOPTED: November 1, 1965
