A RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING MRS. JAMES
M. McHANEY AND MR. JAMES A MOSES TO
THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE ARKANSAS
ARTS CENTER; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Mrs. James M. McHaney and Mr. James
A. Moses are hereby reappointed to the Board of Trustees
of the Arkansas Arts Center for terms commencing August
21, 1965 and ending August 20, 1969.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full
force and effect from and after its adoption.
ADOPTED: August 16, 1965
