RESOLUTION NO. 3, 377
A RESOLUTION WAIVING THE RIGHT OF ACQUISITION
OF CERTAIN LANDS DESIGNATED IN THE PARKS, PLAY-
GROUND AND RECREATION AREAS PLAN FOR THE LITTLE
ROCK PLANNING AREA; RELEASING SAID LANDS FROM
ANY INTERESTS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK UNDER
ORDINANCE NO. 11, 388, AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, certain lands described in Ordinance No.
11, 388, as amended, and more particularly described in
Chart 1-A as park site 14NF are the subject of proposed
sub-division and improvement as Sunnybrook Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and, under Ordinance
No. 11,388, Section 5, the City of Little Rock has power
to acquire said lands under the circumstances; and,
WHEREAS, it is the determination of this Board of
Directors that no funds are, or will be, available for the
acquisition of said proposed park site at this time and it
is the desire of the Board of Directors to release from
the said park plan any and all interests of the City of
Little Rock in and to the said tract, thereby allowing
its full and complete sub-division and improvement at
this time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. All or any part of Sunnybrook Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as shall be contained
within the described boundaries of park site 14NF as des-
cribed in Chart 1-A, a part of Ordinance No. 11, 388, as
amended, be and is hereby released from any interests of
the City of Little Rock under the said Ordinance No. 11,388,
as amended, and the City Manager and Director of the Depart-
ment of Community Development, together with other agencies
of the City of Little Rock, are authorized to proceed with

the approval of the sub-division of said tract according
to the applicable ordinances of this City.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
