A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO
MR. VANCE VERMILLION OF DAMAGES TO
PRIVATE PROPERTY ARISING FROM A
COLLISION WITH A CITY-OWNED VEHICLE
IN THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-FOUR
AND 63/100 DOLLARS ($154.63) ; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The claim of Vance Vermillion in
the sum of One Hundred Fifty-Four and 63/100 Dollars
($154.63) is hereby accepted and approved by the Board
of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, which
claim arises from a collision between a City of Little
Rock Street Department vehicle and an automobile owned
by the said Vance Vermillion which accident occurred at
4800 West 'GI Street in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
on May 28, 1965.
SECTION 2. Upon receipt from Vance Vermillion
of a Release running in favor of the City of Little Rock
and its agents, officers and employees for the said
damage, prepared and approved by the City Attorney, the
City Manager and Director of Finance are authorized and
directed to pay the aforesaid claim to the person or
persons entitled hereto.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full
force and effect from and after its adoption.
