A RESOLUTION APPOINTING FINLEY W. WILLIAMS
TO THE BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the term of W. H. Marek expired on February 3,
1965; and
WHEREAS, no appointment has been made to fill the
position on the said Board of Zoning Adjustment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Finley W. Williams is hereby appointed
to the Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Little Rock as
of the effective date of this resolution to fill the position
heretofore held by 4. H. Marek, whose term expired February 3,
1965. The term to which appointment is hereby made shall
expire on February 3, 196,.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
