A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MR. C. V. BARNESTO THE
METROPOLITAN AREA PLANNING COMMISSION AS A
REPRESENTATIVE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. Mr. C. V. Barnes is hereby appointed to the
Metropolitan Area Planning Commission as a representative of
the City of Little Rock for a term commencing March 5, 1965,
and ending March 4, 1968. The position to which Mr. C. V.
Barns is herewith appointed is the position created by the expira-
tion of the term of Mr. Sam Strauss, Jr. , to the said Metropolitan
Area Planning Commission.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
