A RESOLUTION FIXING THE DATE FOR A HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO VACATE, ABANDON AND CLOSE BOYLE PARK
ROAD AND A PUBLIC ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY DATED
NOVEMBER 24, 1952 OF RECORD IN PULASKI COUNTY DEED
BOOK 537 AT PAGE 220 , BOTH LOCATED IN NE4 OF THE
SW4, SECTION 13 , TOWNSHIP 1 NORTH, RANGE 13 WEST,
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, Davis Investments , Inc . , an Arkansas corporation,
has filed with the Little Rock City Board of Directors its
Petition and Amendment to Petition praying that Boyle Park Road
and a public road right-of-way dated November 24, 1952 of Record
in Pulaski County Deed Book 537 at Page 220, both located in NE4
of the SW 4, Section 13 , Township 1 North, Range 13 West , in the
City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas , as more partic-
ularly described in said Petition and Amendment to Petition, and
the Plat attached hereto, be vacated, abandoned and closed, and
has alleged that it is the sole owner of the lands abutting upon
same ;
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY BOARD OF DIRECTORS
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas :
Section 1. That the 6th day of April , 1965 , ac
7:30 o'clock p .m. , in the Chambers of the Board of Directors
is the date and time fixed for hearing on this Petition and
Amendment to aetition.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk of Little Rock, Arkansas , give
notice of such hearing by publication once a week for two (2) con-
published
secutive weeks , in some newspaper/in the County and having a
general circulation in the City, stating in said Notice the name
of Petition, a description of the road and public road right-of-way

to be vacated, and advising all persons that on the date named
above , the Board of Directors will hear the Petition and
Amendment to Petition and determine whether said road and
public road right-of-way should be vacated.
