A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO MR. GARLAND
GOODWIN OF DAMAGES TO PRIVATE PROPERTY ARISING
FROM A COLLISON WITH A CITY-OWNED VEHICLE IN
THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED FIVE AND 07/100 DOLLARS
($105.07) ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE

ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. The claim of Garland Goodwin in the sum of
One Hundred Five and 07/100 `:ollars ($105. 07) is hereby accepted
and approved by the Board of . Erectors of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, which claim arises from a collision between a
City of Little Rock Fire Truck and an automobile owned by the
said Garland Goodwin on the driveway of United States Time
corporation on September 15, 1964.
SECTION 2. Upon receipt from Garland Goodwin of a Release
running in favor of the city of Little Rock and its agents,
officers and employees for the said damage, prepared and approv-
ed by the City Attorney, the City Manager and Director of
Finance are authorized and directed to pay the aforesaid claim
to the person or persons entitled thereto.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
