RESOLUTION APPOINTING COMMISSIONERS IN
STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 594
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, the Secretary of the Board of Commissioners of Street
Improvement District No. 594 of Little Rock, Arkansas, holding office
until his successor is elected , has reported that all of the original
elected Commissioners of said District, Walter M. Wilson, Jr. , Robert
M. Cherry, and George R. Morris, have sold their property within the
boundaries of said District and are disqualified to serve as Com-
missioners according to Arkansas law, and that new Commissioners
should be appointed for said District; and
WHEREAS, said Robert M. Cherry as Secretary of said Board has
recommended the appointment to the Board of Commissioners of said
District of Paul Stephen Murtha, Troy W. Green, and Henry Moore, all
of whom are property owners within said District and have signified
their willingness to serve as Commissioners for said District; now,
thexore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, that Paul Stephen Murtha, Troy W. Green, and Henry
Moore be and they are hereby appointed Commissioners of Street
Improvement District No. 594 of Little Rock, Arkansas, and they are
hereby directed to take their oath of office forthwith and enter upon
their duties as such Commissioners.
