A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO BARBARA
ANN GOAD OF ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-TWO AND 71/100
DOLLARS ($152.71) FOR DAMAGES SUSTAINED IN
AN AUTOMOBILE COLLISION INVOLVING A CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK VEHICLE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. The claim of Barbara Ann Goad in the sum of
One Hundred Fifty-Two and 71/100 Dollars ($152.71), representing
acknowledged damages sustained by her as the result of property
damage to her 1963 Chevrolet automobile, which arose from a
collision between her said vehicle and a vehicle owned by the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby approved for payment.
SECTION 2. The City Manager and Director of Finance are
hereby authorized to issue such warrant or warrants as are
necessary to pay the said claim upon execution by the said
Barbara Ann Goad of a full and complete release, approved by
the City Attorney, releasing the City of Little Rock together
with its officers and employees from any and all further claims
in connection therewith.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
