A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION DEEDS FOR
RIGHT-OF-WAY ON HOFFMAN ROAD FROM GUM SPRINGS
ROAD TO BALLINGER ROAD AND FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY
ADJACENT TO MELBA DRIVE, DARRAGH DRIVE AND
FAIRWAYS DRIVE ADJACENT TO WESTERN HILLS
SCHOOL; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. A dedication deed, dated July 28, 1964,
and executed by the owners of certain property abutting upon
and contiguous to Hoffman Road, as more fully set forth in
Section 3 hereof, is hereby accepted by the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. A dedication deed, dated June 25, 1964,
and executed by the Little Rock School District of Pulaski
County, Arkansas , and the Estate of F. Kramer Darragh, Deceased,
pertaining to the dedication of right-of-way on Melba Drive,
Darragh Drive and Fairways Drive, adjacent to the Western Hills
School, is hereby accepted.
SECTION 3. The form and substance of the dedication
deeds described in Section 1 and Section 2 hereof are as
follows:
DEDICATION DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
Whereas, although the right-of-way therefor has never
been dedicated, Hoffman Road as such has been used by the public
for many years, and
Whereas, the owners of property adjacent thereto desire
to dedicate a 50 foot right-of-way for said road;
NOW THEREFORE, we the undersigned being all of the
owners of the property hereafter described and lying in Pulaski
County, Nrkansas, do hereby grant, bargain, sell and forever
dedicate unto the public for use as a public road, a tract of land
50 feet in width, the center line of which is described as follows :
Beginning on the line between Sections 19
and 30, Township 1 North, 1■ange 12 West,
at a point 104 feet West of the Southeast
corner of the SE* SE*, said aecti on 19;
thence continue Westerly along said line
for a distance of 1227 feet, more or less,
to the right-of-way line of Ballinger Road.
To Have and to Hold unto the public forever said above
described tract of land for use as a public roadway . //

That the LITTLE ROCK SCHOOL DISTRICT OF PULASKI COUNTY,
ARZ NSAS , does hereby grant, dedicate , and convey unto the public
for public use forever two separate easements and rights-of-way
for public streets or roads , across lands owned by it in the West
Half (Wi) of the Northwest Quarter (NWT) , Section Twenty- four
(24) , Township One (1) North, Range Thirteen (13) West , Pulaski
County, Arkansas , more particularly described as follows :
The North 60 feet of the following described tract of
land : A tract of land in the Wt NWk, Section 24, T-1-N,
R-13-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas , more particularly
described as : Starting at the northwest corner NW49
Section 24 , T-1-N, R-13-W; thence South along the west
line of said NW-, Section 24, 1,252 . 3 feet to a point;
thence N 89°26 'E, 25 .0 feet to a point; thence S80°59 'E,
5.06 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue
S 80°59 'E, 539 .94 feet to a point; thence S88°25 'E,
426.7 feet to a point; thence South 619.2 feet to a point;
thence N88°25'W, 960.0 feet to a point; thence North
along a line 30 feet East and parallel with the west
line of the NWk, Section 24, T-1-N, R-13-W, 689.5 feet
to the point of beginning; and
The South 25 feet of the following described tract of
land in the W1 NWk, Section 24, T-1-N, R-13-W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas , more particularly described as :
Starting at the northwest corner NWk, Section 24 , T-1-N,
R-13-W; thence South along the west line of said NWk,
Section 24, 1,252.3 feet to a point; thence N89°26 'E, 25.0
feet to a point; thence S80°59 'E, 5.06feet to the point of
beginning; thence continue S80°59 'E, 539.94 feet to a point;
thence S88°25'E, 426.7 feet to a point; thence South 619.2
feet to a point; thence N 88°25 'W, 960.0 feet to a point;
thence North along a line 30 feet East and parallel with
the west line of the NWT, Section 24, T-1-N, R-13-W, 689 .5
feet to the point of beginning.
The latter description comprises the North One Half of a
street right-of-way, the South One Half of which is to be dedicated
by the owner of the lands to the South, Ensign Development Corporation.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said easements and rights-of-way unto
the public for public use forever, with the express disclaimer of

any future responsibility for maintenance by the Little Rock School District
of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
IN WITIE88 WHEREOF, the name of the Little Rock School District of
Pulaski County, Arkansas, is hereunto affixed by its duly authorized officers,
