A RESOLUTION GRANTING A FRANCHISE TO FAGAN ELECTRIC
COMPANY FOR THE ERECTION OF A T==RANSMITTING TOWER AT
3401 WEST SIXTY-FIFTH STREET; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DI RECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. A right, privilege and franchise is hereby
granted to Fagan Electric Company to erect from its physical
plant at 3401 West Sixty-fifth Street a two hundred forty (240)
foot steel tower with an eighteen (18) foot antenna, for a total
height of two hundred fifty-eight (258) feet. This right and
franchise is conditioned upon the construction of said tower in
accordance with the Ordinances of this City pertaining to con-
struction, and this franchise waives only the height limitation
established by the Ordinances of this City.
This franchise is further conditioned upon Fagan Electric
Company receiving and maintaining authority from the appropriate
Federal agency to erect such a tower in the location above-named.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
