A RESOLUTUON AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A QUIT CLAIM DEED TO CERTAIN CITY-OWNED
PROPERTY IN FAVOR OF THE LITTLE ROCK SCHOOL DISTRICT;
AND FOt& OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock has agreed to sell and
convey by Quit Claim Deed certain lands identified in Section
2 hereof; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock is receiving a valuable
consideration therefor in the sum of Ten Thousand and No/100
Dollars ($10,000.00) .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. For and in consideration of the receipt of
Ten Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($10,000.00), the Mayor and
City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to issue a Quit
Claim Deed in behalf of the City of Little Rock, which deed
is more specifically described in Section 2 hereof.
SECTION 2. A Quit Claim Deed, the execution of which is
directed in Section 1 hereof, shall be in words and form as
follows :

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS :
That the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , GRANTOR, by its

hereto by proper resolution of its Board of Directors , for the
consideration of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10 ,000 .00) , and other
good and valuable considerations , in hand paid by Little Rock
School District of Pulaski County, Arkansas , GRANTEE , the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged , does grant , sell and quitclaim
unto the said GRANTEE, andtnto its successors and assigns forever,
all its right , title , interest and claim in and to the following
lands lying in Pulaski County , Arkansas :
The West 6. 5 feet of Lot 1 , and ALL of Lots 2 ,
3 and 4, Block 139 , in the Original City of
Little Rock, Arkansas , except that portion
within the Right of Way of La Ha rpe Boulevard.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the sametnto the said GRANTEE, and unto
its successors and assigns forever , with all appurtenances thereunto
belonging.
