HomeMy WebLinkAbout3170 ■ A RESOLUTION NO. 3,170 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING STORM DRAINAGE EASEMENTS FROM THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AS A PART OF THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE HIGH STREET URBAN RENEWAL AREA; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. WHEREAS, numerous drainage easements have been necessary in respect to the many tracts of land involved in the High Street Urban Renewal Area in order to provide minimum drainage facilities for said area and surrounding areas; and, WHEREAS, from time to time, the Housing Authority of the City of Little Rock has executed drainage easements in the form of easement deeds when and as necessary and appropriate unto the City of Little Rock; and WHEREAS, said deeds have been recorded when and as received; and, WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Directors to officially acknowledge receipt of said deeds and ratify and con- firm their recordation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. The storm drainage easements granted by the deeds described in Section 2 hereof are hereby accepted by the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock and, same already having been recorded, the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to enter same on the records of the City of Little Rock. SECTION 2.
